You have 30 days from date of purchase to return the product.
In order for us to process your return, you must return your order in the original packaging. There must not be any markings or writing in or on any of the materials in the kit.
It’s okay to open all of the packages. You can still return the product after doing so; however, please allow your child time with the Strategizer Learning Series.
If you still decide to return the materials, you must include all the parts, unblemished and it the original packaging.
There is a $99 restock fee for returns. Please call our customer service line at 800-578-5020 before you return your order. Returns that do not follow this procedure will not be eligible for a refund. The original packing slip must be enclosed. Copies, photocopies and online printouts of purchase or receipt will not be accepted.
The product must be returned in the original product box and shipper box with all original packaging materials. No return will be accepted without full compliance of the return policy in its entirety.
The address label on your return package must display your name and mailing address or it will not be accepted. All return shipping costs and risks of damage and loss for your return are your responsibility. We strongly suggest you return your order in some way that you can insure and track your return in an effort to avoid loss on your part.
FLS will not be liable for returns that get damaged before arriving at FLS or for lost returns.
Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, FLS, will credit your method of payment less the $99 restock fee.
